Phelps and Rice??

Now that Michael Phelps has suddenly become the most eligible and wanted bachelor in the world rumors are swirling as to who he might be dating. the current name to hit the list is Australian swimmer and gold medalist Stephanie Rice. Only problem with that is Stephanie is was dating fellow Australian swimmer Eamon Sullivan until just before the Olympics so Mike could just be a rebound swimmer for Rice. Either way I think Michael could have some fun with this police officer.
