Phoebe Price should not be tanning

Phoebe Price is doing her best to scare small children and to warn people that tanning is dangerous. Phoebe stopped to pose for photographers after getting her tan on because she has nothing better to do. Looking at the pictures it is clear that red heads should never try and tan, Phoebe thinks she is much hotter than she really is, she doesn’t wear anything under that dress, and if you look directly into her eye she will steal your soul. if you connect the freckles it actually spells out “I now control your mind!”
