First Morgan Freeman announces he is getting divorced now Dixie Chick Emily Robison is already divorced.  The paperwork was filed way back in January and it is now official that Emily and her now ex-husband, Charlie Robison, have ended their 9 year marriage.    The couple have three children together.

The divorce filing states their marriage had “become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”
