MAVRIXPHOTO.COM The dressed down but still oh-so-sexy Rachel Bilson was seen in Culver City this afternoon where she had an appointment of an unknown nature. And, what would an outfit be without a pair of attention-grabbing funky heels? Rachel sure found quite the pair! After starring in “The O.C.” and the hit series “Chuck,” Rachel has a new film, “New York, I Love You,” currently in post production and due out in 2009. Los Angeles, CA. 7/30/08.
