Would you eat an Alligator Gar?

A child in Tempe, Arizona got a nice little surprise on a fishing trip when he reeled in a freaky looking fish alligator type creature.  The creature does in fact have a name, Alligator Gar, and is banned in the state of Arizona.  You can’t even keep this ugly thing as a pet because it is deemed a voracious predator.  CNN has video of the Gar and if you ask me it looks like some good eating.  you fry that thing up and yummmmmyyyy!
