MAVRIXPHOTO.COM Actor/Comedian Andy Dick was reportedly arrested at around 12:30 this morning after officers responded to a call at Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta to investigate an intoxicated male at the location urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance. Witnesses told officers that one of the occupants of a truck that was stopped leaving the location had sexually battered a 17-year-old girl outside the restaurant and bar, grabbing her tank top and bra, pulling them down and exposing her breasts. Dick was identified by the girl and several witnesses in a curbside lineup. During a search incident to arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Dick’s pant pockets and according to officers on the scene he was extremely intoxicated at the time of arrest. Andy Dick was booked and is being held at the Southwest Detention Center in multiple charges: Sexual Battery; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana and Public Intoxication.
