Days after rumors hit the front pages of New York area papers that Alex Rodriguez was having a fling with Madonna his wife Cynthia has split from the Yankees slugger.  According to reports A-Rod and his wife have been having problems since before the birth of their daughter 3 months ago.  What makes the story even more interesting is that Cynthia reportedly has left Alex for musicialn Lenny Kravitz.

Cynthia Rodriguez, 34, has been in Paris for at least the past four days visiting Grammy-winner Kravitz.

C-Rod was seen outside the 44-year-old Kravitz’s pad in the romantic City of Light as recently as Tuesday night.

You always hate to see a marriage end when you have children involved, but the fact that both parents are in different countries and their kids are in Miami is just wrong.  Granted maybe the kids don’t get to see A-Rod a lot during the season, but to have both parents gone is crazy.  Maybe Madonna and Lenny could to a duet about A-Rod and C-Rod — cool idea!
