It seems that Jamie Lynn Spears is a trend setter and a role model for a bunch of teenage girls in Massachusetts where 17 girls decided to all get knocked up together.
Officials at Massachusetts’ Gloucester High School were at a loss to explain why the teen pregnancy rate at their school had more than quadrupled over the past year. According to a report in the new issue of Time magazine, the dramatic increase is due, in part, to a pact among 17 girls from the school, none older than 16, who vowed to get pregnant and raise their children together.

Granted it does take two to tango and there are some men – some in their 20′s – that will have some explaining to do about why the helped get 16 year girls pregnant. This should go to show parents that the old line “If everyone else was jumping of a cliff would you jump too?” just doesn’t scare kids the way it did back in the 20th century. If I ever had a little girl she is being home schooled!
