Not every celebrity can work the big black medical boot for a broken foot on the red carpet in Cannes, but no one gave that message to the always stunning Rose McGowan.  Rose attended the amfAR AIDS benefit and showed off that one designer shoe and her matching non-designer boot for the world to soak in.  I still don’t know how he hurt her foot, but no one has looked better healing.
