Grey’s Anatomy Finale

So did you catch the finale for Grey’s Anatomy last night?  If not I have the final seven minutes of the episode for you  so you can enjoy the best parts.  The show itself was all over the place from Meredith going through a mental marathon about her mother, McDreamy doubting his skills and looking to run again, Karev dealing with a suicide attempt and then trying to bed Izzy for comfort, O’Malley finding out he failed his exam by one point and a budding romance with Meredith’s sister, plus a guy covered in cement, and a lesbian make out session.  Follow all of that?
