When flying the friendly skies sometimes you might think about how tough it might be to become a member of the mile high club. Well did you ever stop to think that maybe pilots and flight attendants are curious about joining the sea level club? Well one pilot, Jeffrey Bradford, and one flight attendant, Adrianna Connor, thought they should give it a try and what did they learn? Well being drunk and naked in the woods behind nosy people will get you arrested is what.
“They told the officer they wanted to go do it in the woods, essentially,” said Lower Swatara Township Police Sgt. Richard Brandt. “That’s the best answer they had.”
Things went awry when people who live in the neighborhood summoned police around 9:30 p.m., saying they had seen a naked man and an intoxicated woman.
A helicopter with heat-seeking equipment was called in, and Bradford was discovered hiding behind a shed shortly before midnight.
His only attire was a pair of flip-flops and a wristwatch.
On the bright side he might have been drunk, but he wasn’t flying a plane, oh yeah he worked for Pioneer Airlines, or driving a car. Also he had on his watch so he knew how much longer it would take for him to sober up so he could fly. No word on if Adrianna offered the police drinks or snacks when she was arrested.<
