Live Tyler is a busy lady this summer promoting two potential blockbuster movies.  Tyler will be starring in the The Incredible Hulk with Ed Norton and The Strangers. In order to promote those films you have to do the talk show circuit and last night she was in New York paying a visit to The Late Show with David Letterman.  Liv was all done up as she arrives wearing a black dress with a plunging V neckline.
