Rose McGowan was at the Neil George Salon in Los Angeles and when she emerged we found out that she has done some damage to her left foot. Judging by her stylish walking boot it is most likely a broken foot or maybe she had some bunion removal surgery. Even with the big boot she is still sexy and the hair looks great.
