Did Benji and Paris pull a Britney?

Did Benji Madden and Paris Hilton pull a Britney Spears the other night while leaving the Foxtail night club in Hollywood when they allegedly ran over the foot of an over eager photog? The paparazzo in question has claimed that Benji, while driving his SUV under five miles per hours, ran over his foot and didn’t even stop to check to see if he was alright. Why exactly can’t these guys stand back a few feet from the cars when they are taking pictures? They are equipped with high end cameras, speed flashes, and zoom lenses yet they feel the need to stand 3 inches from a moving car. I say the guy should consider the foot a workers comp case and he should go to the paparazzi union for help.
