A nine year old surveillance video of Nicholas White trapped in a midtown New York elevator for 41 hours has gained some Internet fame. The McGraw Hill employee had stepped out for a cigarette break and when he returned to the office his elevator decided to stop somewhere between the lobby and the 43rd floor. Since this occurred late at night on a weekend the building was practically deserted and no one responded to his alarm pressing. This video shows his entire ordeal from that weekend.
