Tonight on American Idol Mariah Carey and Elliott Yamin performed while the contestants were separated into two separate groups that remained a mystery. Of course you could tell that the David Cook and David Archuleta group was the one sticking around and avoiding any last minute commercial break elimination horror. The group waiting to here Ryan call their name included Syesha, Brooke, and Kristy.
