Did Josiah deserve to be in the Top 24?
Posted on February 19th, 2008Josiah Lemming has created a loyal little following of fans that have said the car dweller deserved to be in the Top 24 of Idol. The fact that this years Idol is filled with former reality stars, band leader, and failed recording artists it would have been interesting to see some undiscovered talent. i agree with the undiscovered talent thing.. but this Josiah is an arrogant little prick.. ohhh what a pained artist..what a tough life he must lead. Give it a rest.

Saying Josiah is “arrogant” simply proves you don’t know what you’re talking about. Maybe you have some reason you don’t like him, but to claim he is arrogant is just wrong.
Anyone who has seen him in person or seen him interviewed on tv knows that he is sincere (even if some people don’t like it) and true to himself. Cutting Josiah (and the nerdy kid that Simon argued for) from the top 24 was the BIGGEST mistake Idol has ever made, and watching the performance last night of the 12 guys that made it only confirmed that. Josiah will be a bigger name and a more successful artist than any of the remaining 24. People like Ellen D. (and others now trying to quickly get on the band wagon) recognize that and are moving quickly to support his career.
I look forward to watching Josiah grow and develop as a performer and artist. (and no, I’m not a friend or relative of Josiah)

Idol is for the “Britney Spears” entertainers. It is not for the “real musicians”. In other words Josiah is actually too good for Idol and does not need their help. It would have been a ball & chain for him.
Make sure you are contactable Josiah. I have no doubt that someone is going to snatch you up! It is the seemingly crushing misfortunes that open the doors for even better things. You must keep believing in yourself. YOU ARE AN AMAZING TALENT!
Josiah is innately bright … wake up people life really can suck! Thanks to ignorant and judgmental people. It saves lives to have that music to relate to.He has every right to be arrogant although I have not picked up on any coming from him.

Josiah is brilliant and our family can’t wait to see more from him. What a true talent with a sincere passion for music. I agree some might not get him, but he is true to himself. Don’t give up. You are an inspiration.

I was heartbroke when Josiah was cut from AI. Now I have no reson whatsoever to watch the show. He may not have won, he may not have been the best vocalist, but he was the most unique and the most talented performer of the season. I can’t wait to hear more from him!

I work for a small recording company and i can say that this is one of the most talented kids i have ever seen. His lyrics are both orginal and exhilirating and his voice makes the songs euphoric and devine for his audience. By calling him an arrogant prick proves that you don’t know anything about music or talent. I would watch out for this kid, he will definently leave his mark on the music industry.

Josaih Leming is really great!! He can sing well, he can play keyboard and guitar, and he is a very likeable person. He really deserve to be on top 24 because he can sing well more than the chosen 12 male idols. And I think American Idol looses a great artist. One of this days the name JOSAIH LEMING will be heard all over the world because I know that with his talent he can really be successful.

I think Josiah should of been cut. He wasent good. He was great and better than the show. He deserves better. He was smart.Somebody still signed him..Much luck man
