Ashlee Simpson is back with her new hair, new nose, and a new single from her latest studio release “Bittersweet World”. The first single off the album has dropped and is entitled “Rule Breaker”. Not really sure if this one is going to soar to the top of the charts, but there is always hope Spencer Pratt might direct the video!
