Rambo can’t topple the Spartans

The fans have spoken and Rambo might still be a factor, but he couldn’t overtake a spoof of a bunch of summer blockbusters. Meet the Spartans edged out he latest Rambo release to claim the top spot in this weekend’s box office.  The Katherine Heigl romantic comedy, 27 Dresses, held strong at number three while Cloverfield dropped to the four spot and take it’s two week take to over $64 million.  The surprise hit of the year, Juno, topped the $100 million mark with it’s $10 million weekend ticket sales.
