Britney’s folks let Dr. Phil have it
Posted on January 9th, 2008Britney Spears’ parents, Jamie and Lynne, hired a mouth piece to go on the Today Show to tell their views of Dr.Phil. I don’t think the good doctor won any fans by using Britney to help his ratings. Did anyone get a chance to check his website out before he pulled the Britney special ? The thing was wall to wall Spears. you can’t tell me he wasn’t just another blood sucker trying to make a dollar off Britney.

What a crock. Anyone ever take the class on how to tell when someone is lying? The Spears’ business manager isn’t good at it. She was more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. And for Britney’s parents to be so “outraged” suddenly is b.s. too – for one, they shouldn’t have invited ol’ Phil to see their daughter. If Britney wanted to see him, she knows how to get in touch with him. Dr Phil pretty much violated doctor/patient confidentiality. Anyone who has watched his show the last couple of seasons knows his ratings are hitting the toilet when he does an entire show on Britney. Ugh. And then of course, the Spears family gives him fodder for future shows with Lil’ Jamie getting pregnant at SIXTEEN. Mr & Mrs. Spears – yank your kids outta show business. If it isn’t obvious by now they can’t handle it, then it becomes obvious that you two are in it for the money they make for you.
And by the way – during this entire Dr Phil Indignance Parade, did anyone notice that not once were Britney’s children mentioned? Funny how the most important ones are the ones no one thinks about.
Everyone who was involved in this whole “Dr. Britney McGraw’ debacle needs to go back to the rocks they crawled out from under. You’re making the rest of us sick.
