Blackwell has spoken and Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham is feeling his wrath. The 48th Annual Worst Dressed List put the Spice Girl atop the list for her unique fashion style.

No. 2. Amy Winehouse — “Exploding beehives above, tacky polka-dots below, she’s part 50’s carhop horror.”
No. 3. Mary Kate Olsen — “She resembles a tattered toothpick-trapped in a hurricane.”
No. 4. Fergie — “Yes, when it comes to couture chaos, guess it’s all in a name!”
The rest of the top 10 list included Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.

Posh made the list back in 1998 when she, along with the rest of the Spice Girls, took the top spot for their awful fashion style.  He left Britney off the list because he felt like it was mean, but maybe seeing herself on the list would have been he wake up call she really needed.  I mean hell nothing else seems to work - Mr.Blackwell could have more of an impact than Dr.Phil!
