More updates are coming out about what occurred last night after Britney arrived at the hospital. Sourced inside the hospital are giving account of a distraught Spears shouting that she would rather die than give her babies to up to Kevin. US Magazine also has additional information.

Britney Spears went “completely psycho” as she was rushed to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Thursday, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

“They had to strap her down like a mental patient and she was going between laughing and hysterics,” the source adds, calling it “a total psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy.”

Britney has been deemed a special needs patient which means that she has either overdosed or attempted to commit suicide. That is just the meaning of the term, but others are saying that Britney is just mentally and emotionally unstable which caused this latest incident.

UPDATE 11:33 AM - Blood tests negative

According to Life&Style magazine sources have told them that Britney’s blood tests have come back negative for both drugs and alcohol. Earlier reports stated that Britney appeared to be under the influence of a foreign substance. Police and hospital officials have yet to confirm this report.
