Britney Spears emergency hearing called for 1:30PM

Apparently while Britney is still dealing with her mental collapse at Cedars her soon to be ex-husband is trying to get the kids full time.  Sources have told TMZ that a hearing is schedule today at 1:30PM to discuss how the custody should be handled going forward.
