Hedi Montag and Tila Tequila show cleavage for Spike

There is nothing like B-List celebrities and and Spike TV to bring cleavage front and center. Tila Tequila of VH1 fame and Hedi Montag from MTV’s “The Hills” were both showing off why people care about them. Heidi has a bit of an advantage because of her implants, but Tila gave it a good try living up to the challenge!
