Britney Spears might not be allowed to hop in a car with her children, but there is no ruling that says her dog deserves the same safety.  Britney took her little puppy over to Petco to pick up some pet goods - which apparently can’t be done online or by an assistant.  This of course caused a bit of a crowd that probably scared the hell out of the blue hair buying cat food for their eighty cats they have running around a two room apartment.  Lucky for Britney there was some law enforcement on hand to make sure she didn’t run over a foot or any pets of paparazzi.

Even the dog can’t look at Britney!
