What the hell is Beyonce wearing?

Maybe it’s that I am just not used to seeing Beyonce to covered up or maybe it’s the big while wool hat she is sporting, but I just don’t get the loo Beyonce went with last night.  She was out for some Mexican dinner, probably saw Jessica Simpson getting some and was jealous, at La Esquina and left with a big green, a big hat, big earing, and big pants.
