The sudden death of Donda West, the mother of rapper Kanye West, is still surrounded by mystery, but the doctor that performed her cosmetic procedures is known.  Dr. Jan Adams has come forward and stated that he performed the procedures on Donda West on Friday afternoon and sent her home to recover.  Kanye’s mother went into cardiac arrest at home on Saturday and efforts to resuscitate her were not successful.   Reports of a previously known condition that could have been related to the cause o death and details about Dr. Adams are being spread around.

Records show Adams has had a checkered history that includes malpractice suits, two alcohol-related driving arrests and a recommendation by the Medical Board of California to revoke his license.
