Elizabeth Hurley was in New York for the opening of the all new Chopard Boutique on Madison Avenue. Chopard is a maker and designer of luxury jewelry and watches. Elizabeth attended the opening in what can only be called the most amazing dress ever. Hurley looked incredible in a low cut dress that didn’t leave much to the imagination and in several states might get her arrested for indecent exposure. She just keeps looking better doesn’t she?
