Nick Hogan arrested for car accident
The car accident involving Nick Bollea, or better known as Nick Hogan, which severely injured one person has resulted in his arrest. Nick turned himself in to Clearwater Florida police and he is facing several charges. According to the police report on the incident they made the following findings:
-Reckless Driving Involving Serious Bodily Injury
-Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony
-A person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath alcohol
level of .02 or higher
-Illegal window tint
Hogan had stated in a previous interview that because of who he is he can practically get away with anything when it comes to his car. He told a story about being pulled over 3 times in ten minutes for driving over 100 MPH and was let go twice with only a warning. I guess he will have to face the music on this one as his actions have had life changing consequences. Read the official police statement here.
