Lance Garrison gets 40 month sentence

Lance Garrison, a former cast member on Fox’s “Prison Break”, was sentenced to 40 months in jail and ordered to pay $300,000 in damages for his role in a traffic accident last year.  The accident resulted in the death of one passenger, Vahagn Setian, and injured two others.  Garrison failed a sobriety test and was over the legal limit when he was arrested.
