Michael Vick is having a bad year and it just got worse.  Vick was the poster boy for the NFL and was billed as the most exciting QB in the game.  He has yet to live up to that hype and now will be facing federal dog fighting charges.  To add insult to injury he has now reportedly tested positive for marijuana.
