Britney Spears gets all dressed up

Britney knows how to work the runway or the shopping aisle with the best of them.  The former pop-star and divorced mother of two was out shopping in an interesting outfit.  I haven’t seen anything like this and I have been to a corner store on 8th Ave and 42nd St.
