Britney Spears and Marilyn Monroe Duet?

Lance Bass has decided that Britney Spears would be the perfect partner to perform with the late Marilyn Monroe.  The former boy bander is long time friends with the recently bald divorced singer.

Lance Bass, formerly a member of *NSYNC, has acquired the rights to an unreleased songMarilyn Monroe to sing with Britney? by Monroe and is of the opinion that it would be perfect for her.

Now Marilyn Monroe was the most glamorous and sexy women of her generation.  So much so she is a cultural icon some 40 years after her death.  Britney on the other hand is known for lip syncing to pop hits while making awful decisions in her personal life.  In the similarity column both had issues with drugs and booze so maybe this might just work. Unfortunately Celine just performed with Elvis on Idol and no one really gave a crap.

    I hope this never materializes. The whole world knows that Spears can’t sing and does not have any legitimate talent, other than taking her clothes off onstage and moan like a cat in heat. Putting Britney with Marilyn, is an insult to her legacy, Marilyn’s not Britney. Britney’s legacy will be forgotten before you can even say “Ooops!”. Leave Marilyn alone!
