Ty Pennington Extreme Drunk Driving

The host of the successful ABC home and life improvement show, “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition”, was busted for driving drunk.  Ty Pennington, known for his screaming at construction workers, was a little to busy hittin gth ebottle last night.

Pennington, 42, was arrested at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday by Los Angeles Police Department officers in the city’s Westside neighborhood, a department spokeswoman said Monday. He was released at 2:50 a.m. after posting $5,000 bail. A court hearing on the misdemeanor is set for June 4.

At least ty was able to recognize that he made a major mistake and sees this as an opportunity to adjust his life.  Too many celebrities go out and do something like this just to laugh it off and act like it isn’t a big deal. Pennington might be one of the most annoying people  on television, but he seems to enjoy helping people and I hope he can stay sober.
