Will Paris Hilton get 45 days in jail?

Paris Hilton might have to pay the piper for violating her probation as it appears LA prosecutors are tired of celebrities doing whatever they want.

 Prosecutors have recommended that heiress and reality TV star Paris Hilton serve 45 days in a county jail for violating her probation on a drunken driving misdemeanor, according to court documents filed on Thursday.

There was no word if Paris will be able to bring over furniture from one of the family hotels or if she will be forced to sleep on prison issues beds.  If all goes well she might even get Nicole Richie to join her given her legal problems.  Can you say Simple Life: Prison Days?!?
