I saw “300″ this evening and was blown away from opening to closing credits. This film is visually stunning and will keep you on the edge of your set for 2 hours.  The extremely graphicviolence will turn off some movie goers, but if you enjoyed “Braveheart” you will appreciate this film.  Be advised that this film is an action movie and not a historical review of an ancient battle.  Don’t try and read too deeply into possible metaphors and foreshadowing, but just go and be entertained for two hours.  The sold out crowd applauded during scenes and I didn’t hear one complaint on the way out.  The only regret I have is that I didn’t see this on a supersized IMAX screen because it would have been incredible.
