The Kim Kardashian and Ray J sex tape will be released despite on going legal battles to prevent its release. Vivid Video, the company which owns the rights to the tape, announced they will not be holding it back from a waiting public.

A pending lawsuit notwithstanding, Vivid Entertainment is all set to release Kim Kardashian’s home sex video with then boyfriend R&B singer Ray-J on March 21.

Vivid Video procured the sex tape for $1 million from an unidentified source and is confident of squaring up to the legal challenge facing its release.

Kim is a sexy young lady and from the teaser on the web it looks like it might be a promising little movie. It has to be better than the Paris Hilton green night vision film that left you feeling kind if itchy all over after watching it. Considering who Kim’s father is you would think if she really wanted to stop this video she could hold it up in court for a long time. I am on the ship that thinks Kim is getting a nice cut from the sale of this video and is just trying to get a bigger cut after she saw the interest from people to purchase the DVD.
