Kim Kardashian sues over sex tape

Not to be out done by her friend, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian is filing suit to prevent her sex tape from going public.  The tape in question is with Ray J has been making the rounds as a preview, but the full length movie will be a big seller.

Kardashian said, “This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then boyfriend, is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well. “I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent.”

Gotta love dumb celebrities that make a dirty tape, lose track of it, and then freak out when someone tries to make a few million by selling it.  You must set ground rules when making these tapes. Step one stop and think if you want it getting out to the world and if you answer no then don’t make the tape!  Kim it’s too late now and the tape will get out so run with it and take all the money you can get!  If she decides no to sell it I am sure we will find it on mySpace or Google.
