Ann Nicole Smith can be buried
Posted on February 14th, 2007It took the ruling of a judge, but Anna Nicole Smith’s body is finally being released so a funeral can be held. The body had been kept in order to gather DNA evidence in the pending paternity suit of her new born daughter.
A Los Angeles judge on Wednesday lifted an order that kept Anna Nicole Smith’s body from being buried, saying that enough DNA required for a legal battle over her infant daughter was obtained during Smith’s autopsy.
There is still no word on who will claim Anna’s body and where the funeral will be held. This circus is just disgusting and any person deserves better than the treatment she is receiving. Hopefully Howard Stern will claim Anna’s body since he seems to be the person that as closest to her.

i feel so terrible about this passing of a young, sweet, beautiful, and caring friend i knew only once….she will be missed forever, and remember by billions for a lifetime…and i feel for her daughter, the only one to make her happy after her passing with her son…Rest In Peace Anna…

Child abuse is not legal. Why is Vergie Arthur not being looked at by law enforcement for her abuse of Anna? No human should go through child abuse, and no adult should get away with it.

I loved Anna Nicole Smith and I always will forever. I thank Howard Stern is the father just by looking at Daniallyn’s face. Rest In Peace Anna

I Don’t think Howard Stern is the father and I think he should be investagated for the death of ann and her son Danial. Look closely at Howard and you will find he is gulty.
