DiCaprio almost quit acting

The movie that made him known worldwide and provided him with an enormous payday nearly drove DiCaprio from acting.

“It was pretty disheartening to be objectified like that. I wanted to stop acting for a little bit,” he said at the magazine’s Oscar panel discussion with other actors. “It changed my life in a lot of ways, but at the same time, I can’t say that it didn’t give me opportunities. It made me, for the first time, in control of my career.”

I know it must be difficult to have more money than any one person could need, be dating a super model, and being able to pick what movie you want.  You were upset about being objectified?  What did you think would happen with that I’m the king of the world scene??  I am sorry Leo, but I don’t think you are going to find many people that are going to feel sorry for you about this story.  Suck it up and keep being a movie star.

I never wanted to be a piece of meat!  Well too damn bad!!
