Tracy Morgan busted for DUI – Again!

Tracy Morgan, former SNL member and current star of 30 Rock on NBC, was arrested and charged with DUI in NYC.

Morgan is currently on probation in Los Angeles for a DUI conviction. He was charged in January for driving with a blood-alcohol level of .13 — well above the .08 legal limit — and a month later he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge.

The comic was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to attend an alcohol-education program. A drunken-driving conviction today would constitute a violation of his parole.

Based on the rules of celebrity crimes Tracy will probably get off with a plea bargain and a slap on the wrist for driving drunk again. Any other non-celebrity caught violating parole and driving drunk endangering the lives of everyone else on the road would be in jail for a few months. Amazing that Kramer is national news for using the N-word, but Tracy Morgan risking lives is no real big deal.
