The Baldwin brothers have another notch for their belt of issues as Daniel has been arrested is California.

Actor Daniel Baldwin was arrested on suspicion of stealing an SUV.

Baldwin was stopped Wednesday by officers in Santa Monica who saw him in a white GMC Yukon reported stolen in neighboring Orange County, authorities said.

The actor was taken to jail and booked for investigation of grand theft auto. Bail was set at $20,000. Baldwin was later released on his own recognizance, said Sgt. Alan Phillips of the Orange County sheriff’s department.

You would hope that with such a famous and public family that Danny boy here could get some help and clean hi act up.  This would be his third arrest this year  and just another incident in a long line of problems for the brothers.  Maybe Danny need to find God or maybe his brother can get him on 30 Rock before it gets canceled?  I give South Park 2 weeks before they write this into an episode.

Wonder if his mug shot will look so classy?
