Looks like Wesley Snipes has gotten himself into a little bit of a pickle with Uncle Sam and that FICA guy.

Wesley Snipes was indicted Tuesday on tax fraud charges that accuse the actor of trying to cheat the federal government out of nearly $12 million in false refund claims and not filing any returns for six years.

Maybe he thought if he did everything in cash he could avoid paying those taxes.  If you read the article he actually had a request in for a $7million refund claiming no income one year! Could you imagine a refund that size?  If you want to fly under the radar you can’t be that obvious on the old tax forms.  If he is lucky his I am a day walker and thus I am not held to your laws defense works it could make for a nice movie of the week.

I don’t burn in the sun and I don’t pay taxes!
