Clay Aiken sued for being a liar

Clay Aiken is coming under fire from an author of an unauthorized book about the American Idol runner-up.  The author claims she is a close family friend, but Clay and company have denied all claims and have called the woman a fraud.

In the lawsuit, filed Friday in Wake County Superior Court, Holleman claims Aiken, his mother and others conspired to defame her and depress sales of her book by denying they knew her, branding her stories as lies and demeaning the book on Aiken fans’ Web sites.

I don’t think Clay would lie about something as serous as knowing a woman that apparently helped raise him during a tough time in his childhood.  This would have been a woman that helped shaped the Clay we have all come to know and love today.  i mean sure lie about having some hot guy on guy action, but not this Clay!!

Say it ain’t so Clay!
